What paint correction fixes

The haze that's hiding your paint

If your paint looks dull in the sun or shows fine circular scratches, it's almost always correctable. Here's what we polish out.

Swirl marks & spider-webbing

The fine circular scratches from automatic car washes and improper drying that show up worst in direct sun.

Light scratches & marring

Surface scratches that haven't cut through the clear coat — machine-polished out to restore an even finish.

Oxidation & dullness

Faded, chalky paint from years of sun and weather, brought back toward its original depth and color.

Water spots & etching

Mineral spots and light etching lifted from the clear coat so reflections are sharp again.

How it works

Three honest steps

1

Decontaminate

Full wash, then a clay-bar treatment to pull embedded contaminants out of the paint so the polish works on clean clear coat.

2

Machine polish

We machine-polish the paint to cut down swirls and scratches and bring back gloss — matched to how much correction your finish actually needs.

3

Protect

We seal in the result. Lock it in for years with a ceramic coating, or finish with a protective sealant — your call, and we'll advise honestly.

We come to you

No dropping the car at a shop for days. We set up at your home or job site and correct the paint on location.

Honest assessment

3

Correction + protection

Make it last

Lock the fresh finish in

Correction gets your paint to its best state — a ceramic coating then seals that finish in for years and makes it far easier to keep clean. Do both in one mobile visit and get the most out of the work.

Paint correction FAQ

Good questions

What is paint correction? +

It's machine-polishing your paint to remove swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and water spots — restoring the depth and gloss the finish had when it was new. It's different from a wax or coating, which sit on top of the paint; correction actually levels the clear coat.

Will it remove every scratch? +

Honestly, no — scratches that have cut through the clear coat to the base coat can't be polished out without paint work. Correction removes swirls and scratches that are within the clear coat, which is the large majority of what dulls a finish. We'll tell you straight what your paint will and won't respond to.

How much does paint correction cost? +

Paint correction starts at $500 and is quoted to your vehicle's size and how much correction the paint needs. A light polish on a well-kept car costs less than heavy correction on a neglected finish — we'll give you an exact number after we look at it.

Should I get a ceramic coating after correction? +

It's the ideal time. Correction gets the paint to its best state; a ceramic coating then locks that finish in for years and makes it far easier to keep clean. You don't have to, but doing both in one visit gets the most out of the work.

Do you do it at my house? +

Yes — we're 100% mobile across Troy, Piqua, Dayton, and the surrounding Miami Valley. We bring everything to your driveway or job site; no shop drop-off.
